The Customer Is NOT Always Right

The idea that the customer is always right violates two fundamental truths:

  1. No one is ever ALWAYS right.
  2. Business is a voluntary transaction between two parties.

As soon as the idea that one party is ALWAYS right, the voluntary aspect of a transaction is removed because one party is compelled to comply with the (always correct) assertions of the other party.

Stop promoting this idea. It’s delusional and harmful for business.
